Car Balagh helps vehicle owners receive QR-based vehicle alerts without publicly sharing their mobile number. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can request support or account deletion.

Information We Collect

We collect account details such as name, mobile number, email address when provided, vehicle details, delivery address, QR sticker details, subscription orders, payment references, and alert activity needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify mobile numbers, process sticker orders, deliver QR stickers, send owner alerts, process payments, provide invoices, prevent misuse, and support customers.

Payments

Online card payments are processed by our payment gateway provider. We store payment references, status, invoice totals, VAT, and gateway response details needed for support and accounting. We do not store full card numbers.

QR Alerts

When someone scans a QR sticker and sends an alert, we may record the alert category, message, scanner mobile number if verified, device information, IP address, approximate location if provided, and delivery status.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate Car Balagh, such as SMS, push notification, payment, hosting, and delivery partners. We do not sell user personal information.

Account Deletion

Users can request deletion from the mobile app using the delete account option, or by contacting support. To preserve required business records, paid orders and invoices may be retained in anonymized form while login access, active QR contact, and personal identifiers are disabled.
